Exclusive use of the space for just one group at a time with a special cooking or creative workshop to choose from. It is a unique and unforgettable experience to enjoy with your special friends!
Where? Brusselsesteenweg 624, 3090 Overijse
When? On Saturdays from 10am to 12:30pm for the morning party and 2:30pm to 5pm for the afternoon party. On Sundays in the afternoon from 2:30pm to 5pm. (See available dates/times)
They have the exclusivity of the 180m2 room, full of games and activities.
280€ maximum 12 children (including birthday child and/or siblings). Maximum 2 adults (parents) welcome to stay.
22€ per additional person (child, sibling or adult – drinks and cake served).
460€ maximum 24 children.
Booking automatically made for 12 children, any additional costs are paid on the day of the event.
The price includes:
- Birthday cake (sponge cake with chocolate topping and smarties).
- A platter of fruit.
- Drinks (grenadine, apple juice and water).
- The material or ingredients for the chosen workshop.
- Decorations, balloons and animation. (So nothing to bring!)
We ask that a maximum of two adults stay during the activity for logistic purposes. Parents of guests can safely drop off and pick up children at the entrance of the facilities. There are several cafés and restaurants down the road if some parents wish to gather together.
You will receive an email a week before the event with last details and to ask you for the chosen workshop (cooking or creative) and the final number of participants. Here are some workshops to choose from:
Creative:
- Recycled art – Making robots from recycled objets and broken toys.
- Aboriginal art – painting on natural pieces of wood.
- Discover Picasso – painting distorted portraits.
- Painting fantastical animals and adding feathers and gems.
- Mozaics – decorating and making patterns with coloured stones.
- Tawashi sponges – Japanese sock weaving tradition.
- Stone art – Decorating 10 stones each to make a game of Tic Tac Toe.
- Making animal or Venetian masks.
- Scrap booking – Decorate a journal (collage) with old maps and magazine images.
- Making jewelry (bracelets and key chains with colourful beads)
- Making and decorating party hats – and possible photo shoot with a box full of hats!
Cooking:
- Preparing mini-pizzas (with different toppings)
- Preparing and decorating cupcakes
- Making cookies (different shapes)
Important to note that the organised activities last two and a half hours. All children must be picked up on time, after which they are under the full responsibility of the host parents.
