Children explore movement, relaxation and mindfulness in a fun and creative way.
Through storytelling, music, games and imaginative yoga poses, kids will improve their flexibility, balance and coordination while developing important skills such as focus and self-awareness.
The sessions include stretching, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to help them feel calm, confident and connected to their bodies. The class encourages self-expression in a non-competitive and supportive environment.
The lessons are in English with Claire, an experienced yoga instructor enriched by her training and travels in India, eager to share this yoga journey that nurtures both body and mind.
The yoga sessions are every Tuesday from 5-6pm.
